I love Tacos as much as the next person! But just because we’re on Keto doesn’t mean we have to miss out on what makes tacos amazing, which is the seasoning itself!
The problem with most storebought Taco seasonings is that there are added fillers like anti-caking agents and added sugar. Why does everything need to have sugar in it??? But in this recipe I’m going to show you how to make a delicious and healthy recipe for Taco Seasoning. The great thing about this is that you can tweak it to your liking. You can always add or remove ingredients to make it more or less spicy!
I personally love spicy, so I’ll usually add either ground cayenne or scotch bonnet! The heat will vary as well depending on what chili powder you use. I recommend shopping for Chili powder in the Hispanic isle of your local grocer, they usually have a couple different heat levels of Chili powder and they come in bags.
